PostFinance — SME Stories
- Film
Corporate
2026
Can banks connect with people for real? PostFinance needed more than another polished, corporate B2B campaign. It needed relatable stories, told by real people who have experienced the ups and downs of entrepreneurship.
No scripts
Together with Sir Mary, 23bis handled both the production and the direction of the campaign, to position PostFinance as a trusted partner for new businesses. The campaign portrays three founders through unscripted interviews. This approach brought out their personalities and stories in a spontaneous and charming way.

Less performance, more spontaneity
It may sound like a cliché, but our ambition was to create testimonial films that feel more spontaneous, human, and therefore more credible. Despite this spontaneity, it was important for us to meet the protagonists before the shoot, to understand their motivations and challenges, and to involve them in the development of the treatment. This way, we developed a sensitivity for their worlds, built a relationship with them, and created the right conditions for the work on set.

Unique, credible and visible
The result: 3 testimonial videos and several cutdowns distributed all across Switzerland, adapted to different channels and language regions. The goal was to reach founders and get them excited about partnering up with PostFinance, by telling the stories of people who have dared to build their own businesses.
